Holes Sealed

A dead dish is not harmless

Nobody has watched satellite TV in that house for years. The dish is still up there working against your roof every single day.

Dead dishes leak

Every lag bolt in that mount is a hole punched through your shingles. The factory sealant dries out, water creeps in, and the rot starts long before a stain ever shows on your ceiling.

They catch wind

A dish is a small sail bolted to your roofline. Every storm that rolls through St. Louis works the mount back and forth, loosening bolts and lifting the shingles around it a little more each season.

They hurt curb appeal

Rusty hardware on the roofline reads as deferred maintenance to buyers and appraisers. A clean ridge photographs better, shows better, and helps resale when the time comes.

What your $399 covers

One visit, one flat price, done right. This is the same standard of work we put into full roof replacements.

Everything included

Dish and mount removed completely

Dish, mast, bracket, and every lag bolt. Nothing left behind to rust on your roofline.

Every penetration sealed and patched

All mount holes sealed and patched with matching material, the same way we flash a vent on a full roof job.

Cable handled

Old coax removed or coiled neatly, your call. No wires flapping against the siding when we leave.

Debris hauled away

Dish and hardware leave with us. Nothing in your trash can, nothing in the yard.

Free shingle once-over

While we're up there, a real roofer looks over the surrounding shingles and tells you the truth about what we see. If everything looks good, that's exactly what we'll say.

Real Keys Roofing work • St. Louis, MO

The same crew that replaces roofs. Not a handyman.

Keys Roofing is a licensed and insured St. Louis roofing company. The crew removing your dish spends the rest of the week tearing off and replacing entire roofs, so they know exactly what a sealed penetration is supposed to look like when they climb down.

That photo is our work, on a real St. Louis roof. No stock images, no subcontracted mystery crew, no ladder-and-a-prayer operation.

Fair questions

Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as we can safely reach the roof, you can be at work while we handle it. We'll confirm before we head out and send photos of the sealed mount points when we're done.
Do you patch the holes?+
Yes, properly. Every penetration gets sealed, and where the roof calls for it we patch with sealant and matching shingles, the same way we flash a vent on a full roof job. Not a dab of caulk and a prayer.
What about the cable?+
We remove it or coil it neatly, your call. No old coax left flapping against the siding or dangling off the gutter when we leave.
Do you do gutters and roofs too?+
Yes. That's the whole point. A $399 removal puts a real roofing crew on your roof, so ask us about gutters, repairs, or a full replacement while we're up there. You'll get a straight answer either way.
