No. As long as we can safely reach the roof, you can be at work while we handle it. We'll confirm before we head out and send photos of the sealed mount points when we're done.
Do you patch the holes?+
Yes, properly. Every penetration gets sealed, and where the roof calls for it we patch with sealant and matching shingles, the same way we flash a vent on a full roof job. Not a dab of caulk and a prayer.
What about the cable?+
We remove it or coil it neatly, your call. No old coax left flapping against the siding or dangling off the gutter when we leave.
Do you do gutters and roofs too?+
