The Free Pre-Storm Inspection Is the Front Door to This
Our pre-storm inspection is completely free: no charge, no obligation, no strings. We come out, inspect your roof, and document everything, whether you need us the next day or three years from now. That's not a lead-generation gimmick to us. It's the same standard we hold ourselves to on every visit after that first one. If we're willing to show up for free before you're a customer, we're not going to start nickel-and-diming you once you are one.
Warranty Backed Isn't a Sticker, It's a Standing Offer
Every roof we install is warranty backed, and we handle material selection and warranty management directly rather than handing you paperwork and a manufacturer's phone number. In practice, that means when a warranty issue comes up, whether it's a manufacturer defect or a workmanship question, it's our job to go sort it out. You shouldn't have to become an expert in shingle warranties to get what you paid for.
Punch Lists Don't Get an Invoice
No install is ever perfectly seamless the first time a homeowner walks the yard after we clean up. Maybe a downspout extension got kicked during cleanup, maybe a ridge cap needs a second look, maybe something just doesn't sit the way you expected. That's a punch list, not a change order. If it's part of doing the job right, we come back and finish it. We don't send a bill for the parts of the job that should have been right the first time.
Sometimes We Show Up Before You Even Call
We've had jobs where Kaleb noticed damage on a neighboring roof while already on site for another project, and offered a free inspection and quote on the spot, no charge to look, no charge to tell you what we saw. That's not a special case. That's the same free standard from the pre-storm inspection applied wherever we happen to already be. If we're standing on a ladder anyway, there's no reason to make a neighbor wait or pay just to find out whether they have a problem.
Why This Costs Us Something, on Purpose
Free callbacks and warranty visits are not free for us to provide. They take crew time, trucks, and material, same as any other job on the schedule. We build that cost into how we run the company because the alternative, nickel-and-diming a customer for a fix that should have been included, costs us something we care about more: a roof over your head that we're proud to say we did, and a reputation in St. Louis that's built one honest callback at a time.
